Edward Cohen, CPA, a graduate of Queens College as part of the class of 1974, is the founding partner of Cohen & Associates, LLC. He is a member of the New York State Society of CPA’s, the Connecticut State Board of Accountancy as a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Cohen is a licensed Series 27 which allows him to represent brokerage firms as a Financial and Operations Principal.  In June of 1974, Mr. Cohen worked for Oppenheim, Appel, Dixon & Co. (OAD) in their financial services department. He left OAD after five years to become Chief Financial Officer for The Sinclair Group (a NASD member firm, an FCM and an Investment Partnership). In 1984, after leaving The Sinclair Group, Mr. Cohen formed Cohen & Owsinski, CPA's. In January 1999, he formed Cohen & Associates, LLC. Currently Mr. Cohen performs accounting services for over 100 hedge funds and brokerage firms. Cohen & Associates, LLC has a staff of six employees.

Marc Cohen, CPA, is a 2000 graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics. Marc is a member of the New York State Society of CPA’s and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Cohen started his career at Arthur Andersen on their audit staff. He later worked for Eisner, LLP in their financial services audit department. In 2003, Mr. Cohen worked as an accountant in the hedge fund and broker dealer industry. Mr. Cohen joined Cohen & Associates, LLC in August 2008 as a manager in the financial services area.

Pamela Lockitt graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1988. She joined Cohen & Associates, LLC in 1994. Her daily functions include providing accounting services for her clients as well as preparing financial statements.

Trish Lefebvre graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1991. After working several years in the banking industry, she joined Cohen & Associates, LLC in 1997 as part of the accounting staff, providing accounting services and preparing financial statements.
